1991 Peugeot 605 SLi review from Norway
"Great when everything works, which unfornately is seldom"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Having English only as a second language is a bit troublesome when having to find words for things I don't even know the words for in my native tongue, but I'll try to explain:
From the gearbox/engine, there's an axle wich ties into another axle, delivering the power to the wheel. This transition failed. There was knocking sounds, and then there was silence...
The rod between the gear-shifter and the gearbox fell off.
Engine breakdown.
Clutch died.
There was more things that went wrong with my beloved 605, but I've managed to supress those memories.
General comments?
It was very comfortable, plenty of room.
Great handling, it shrank a few sizes when it encountered narrow twisty roads.
