2003 Vauxhall Zafira Elegance review from UK and Ireland
"Very practical"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The car is an imported Opal and has had the suspension bushes replaced twice once under warranty and once at a cost of £250.
The fault I am most concerned about at the moment is its difficulty in starting the engine if left for more than one day; this started at about 60,000 miles. I am informed by the nearest main dealer that this is an injector gasket problem and will cost £500 to fix. Does any one know if this is a common fault and a reasonable cost to repair?
General comments?
The Zafira is a very useful car, highly practical with small kids and very good for moving large objects. I have covered serious motorway miles and always found it comfortable. This age and model does however have a very dull interior.
