1992 Geo Prizm LX review from North America
"Workhorse"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
No major problems except the common wear & tear expected. I had changed the rotors on my car twice. put on a performance muffler & added a performance air filter. changed the waterpump once, changed the head gasket & timing belt. other than that, I had a regular maintenance routine, such as oil change, transmission fluid change etc. I do need a paint job since I usually park on the street.
General comments?
For an economy car, it gets you where you want to go. preppy & quick especially on city streets. my car aircon still works like new. I did change & upgraded my sound system likswise put on a fittipaldi racing steering wheel. being a corolla (toyota-chevy collaboration), this car is a workhorse. it gets the job done, user friendly, economical. I'm planning on getting another car, but I'm keeping this one as a project car. future mods ahead!
