1987 Ford Thunderbird Turbo Coupe review from North America
"I would buy them all if I could!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Heater core.
ABS actuation assembly.
Clutch.
Two fuel injectors.
Instrument panel printed circuit.
New head lights.
Ignition parts.
Fog lights.
Windshield.
Alternator and header panel.
On my other one I need a fuel pump.
General comments?
I have two "pretty cars" and love them both. My first one has had some problems because its first owner did not care for it! He should be shot for not taking better care of this beautiful car. It has over 203,000 miles on it and runs like a dream! My car and I are going to retire together.
My other car I got out of Mississippi. I originally got it for parts but then found it needed a $60 fuel pump and thought otherwise. I plan to keep it as well.
The biggest complaint is that Ford has either no parts or outlandish prices. Everytime I say Turbo Coupe I hear $$$ in their mind. I need resources other than Ford and in North Alabama there are none.
