What things have gone wrong with the car?
Tyres needed replacing at 52,000 miles and again at 73,000 miles.
Power steering failed at 59,000 miles.
Air conditioning malfunctioned at 66,000 miles.
Clutch plate broke at 69,000 miles.
Head gasket blew at 75,000 miles.
General comments?
Fairly reliable and sturdy considering its age and mileage.
Comfortable and spacious inside.
Smooth riding and had good handling.
A shrewd purchase at £8,000.
Fetched £3,750 at resale three years later.
Cheap to run and fix.
