1999 Chevrolet Blazer LT 4X4 review from North America
"A few problems alll worth while"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Rear end assembly tore itself apart at about 50k miles,
fuel injectors went bad shortly after,
electric 4x4 broke at about 60k miles.
General comments?
My blazer was bought used in MINT condition I bought it late 2004 september I beleive with 32k miles give or take 100 I drive very often somtimes 200 miles a day this is the reason for doubling the miles and then some and I must say I had my fair share of problems, I must honestly admit I love it regardless I mean my altinator broke, then my rear end took a beatin whihc was a little pricey to fix a used rear end around here apparently retails for about 1200 so I had my mechanic save what he can and order the rest new cost about 600 then my injectors went which wasnt really a big del car still ran mileage was crappy, but it ran fixed that and then ym 4x4 went whihc was weird I havnt tossed it in 4 wheel drive in a while so I decided I should and then it got stuck in no wheel rive I had to rock the car to get it to go into gear still have yet to fix that but it still runs 2x4 only, but it still runs great I mean aside from these things the car is great I mean it runs nice great driving and handling very comfy feel about it if you can handle a few bumps along the road id say go for it because the fun I have in my blazerin pricless I have no problem driving 7 hours straight its the best.
