1992 BMW 8 Series i review from UK and Ireland
"A beautifully designed car that hasn't received the appreciation that it deserves"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The main radiator went.
A safety relay that, in the event of a crash locks all doors and puts hazards on, went faulty and hazards kept coming on.
Washer fluid bottle wouldn't take any water in.
General comments?
It is an extremely beautiful car, that receives plenty of attention wherever you go. Which I believe it deserves!
It's a very fast car that gives a fantastic $1million feel!
The handling is out of this world!
And for an impractical and uncomfortable super car, its actually very comfortable and practical!
The engine noise and exhaust noise is a little too restricted for my likings, as the V12 and beautiful double back box sounds out of this world when at high revs.
The original BMW sound system is still in the car when I purchased it, is absolutely state of the art. It has 6 high quality speakers, a 6 cd built in interchanger and a very expensive amplifier.
