1989 Ford Granada Scorpio review from UK and Ireland

Needed 1 piece of exhaust at £47 (the rest was brand new)

It cost me £100, I spent £60 on it, and sold it for £250, which basically sums it up, it was an early twin cam model Scorpio, with a manual box and cloth and it was flawless, I drove it 900 miles to scotland and back over a weekend and it performed perfectly, taking me through snow drifts and across roads that were described by the gritting trucks as 'impassible' and always being comfortable and quiet, aswell as safe and luxurious, it averaged 37pmg on that trip too with loads of room for people and luggage, just set the cruise control at 75mph and waft up in no time, I drove it for 9 hours on the way up due to traffic and the terrible conditions, and I wasnt fatigued at all on arrival, some of the best seats ever I think! all electric of course, everything worked, computer, 4 electric seats which are heated, windows, roof everything is powered, its also surprisingly quick and handles with a balance you don't expect at first, it lost no fluids on the trip, all that changed about the car over a hard weekend was the level on dirt!! this is my 2nd granada, the 1st was a cracking car, this one more so, get one!! they will last forever in my opinion!
