2004 Nissan Quest SE review from North America
"Too many issues to buy another one, but I still love it - I don't know why."
What things have gone wrong with the car?
We are actually on our second 2004 Quest. The first one had a tool from the assembly line left in the engine and it blew up before we made our first payment. Luckily our dealership replace the van (Nissan wanted to rebuild it).
I'm about to replace all 4 tires, no tread left of them. Van only has about 20,000 miles on it.
Headliner squeaks and rattles constantly. Dealership has made numerous attempts to fix it with no luck. Thank goodness the radio works well!
Rear brake pads already need replacing (shouldn't the front wear out first?).
Hook on passenger seat broke off.
DVD player stopped working after very little use.
General comments?
I have a love-hate relationship with my van. It is the coolest van ever made. I love the inside of it. The skylights are wonderful. Cosmetically, it's a great van.
