W124´s tend to rust a lot
Minor oil leakage
Noisy "ticking" hydraulic valve lifters and camshaft

Comfortable highway cruiser that looks good
Very reliable, especially in the winters
Good heating
High quality materials
Relatively easy to repair and maintain
Low fuel consumption
Negatives:
Slow
