2001 Jeep Cherokee review from North America

We bought A 2001 GJCL. just 5 months ago,AS we test drove the jeep, we noticed that the coolant light was on. not either my husband or me knowing anything about cars and what they do. we get the oil changed and put gas in it. well unknownling are problems were about to begin with the oil pressure. we did put coolant in it at the dealer ship. the thing is we trusted that being a certified vehicle would be just what we needed. We bought the jeep and from then on we had problems with the oil pressure, going to zero. the check gages light would come on, but as soon as we would push the gas it would go off, well we thought that was normal. hahah. dropped to zero, while driving. the jeep started to slow down and it broke down on me I could not start back up. my brother-in -law picked me and my 2 boys up. we had the oil pump fixed. the thing we noticed was that the origional oil pump had an extra hole, once we would cover that extra hole it would work great like is should. when we let go of the hole then there were problems. would not work propperly, we found out and feel that the crysler oil pump may be defected. so hopefuly we fixed the problem. We are trading it in before we have more problems.
