1986 Nissan Pulsar Turbo ET review from Australia and New Zealand
"Another turbo beauty from Nissan"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Blew head gasket at 120000km.
A few minor oil leaks.
Suspension replaced at 100000km.
Replaced stock rusted exhaust with a high flow 2.5 inch mandrel bent turbo back system.
General comments?
A tremendous little car that suprise's lots of other people who try racing. turbo spools up quickly and makes the little 1.5 move like a cheetah. I love this car and plan to rebuild it and run higher turbo boost just buy turning the boost up to 12 psi adding an intercooler, pod filter and performance exhaust the little et can run a 14.5 down the quarter mile very impressive for a 20 year old 1.5 but it could have a tad more power off boost. summarising the et is a beautiful little car for any one, but take it easy shes a fast little car.
