1991 Mazda B2600 le review from North America
"Best truck on the road BAR NONE PARTNER!!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Things gone wrong??? Hmmm... outside of normal belts/brakes/tires/tune-ups and the like... Oh, yes, the ECG blew on me. That's the computer to run the thing. Cost 800 bucks to repair. Other than that I have not replaced anything other than he valve cover seal. Sorry guys, but this car is a strong little tank!!
General comments?
Point is... This truck is just about the best little thing on the road! I get between 25 and 28 MPG. I used to get 33 but I tweaked the idle about 1/1000 th of an inch and it dropped to the current rate. I don't advise messing with the idle.. no no no!! The HLA click comes and goes, but keeping a regular oil change system going will clear that up ASAP!! I'm as happy as can be with this little truck. I keep thinking I'm going to replace it and then I wash her and notice the lines and how reliable she has been and change my mind. Just to good to get rid of. If you have the 2W drive type, like me, you got a good truck!!
