2000 Oldsmobile Alero GL review from North America
"Lemon"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I bought my alero in 2004. When I bought the car I really liked it.But soon after I bought it my engine oil had misteriously disapeared. The engine started knocking & the car engine was fried.Lucky for me I had just bought the car so they had to fix it,lemon law. After that it ran ok for a while then it started to miss fire.I fixed that with a tune and changed spark plugs. Then the car started to vibrate only when it stopped or on a hill.the shop told me it was the motor mounts still haven't fixed them I don't think it's going to fix the problem. Then the fuel pump went out cost me 800$ to fix it along with the shot rotors.interior is falling apart.rear view mirrior fell off twice. In side dome light has fallen out won't go back in.driver side window will not role up,trac light comes on all the time. Car is all over the place when it hits a bump. The most anoying thing about this car is the vibrating.I bought my car at good deal car deal and if you don't want to get ripped off I would never go there. He really screwed me over charged me twice as much as the car was worth way too much money.I can't wait till I get rid of this car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
