This has been a fairly good truck, but seems to be cheaply made compared to my 1992 Silverado I had for about the same amount of time and had barely any problems with.

I replaced the calipers, rotors at 120,000 miles.

It seems to be corroding everywhere now. I’ve had to replace brake lines and brake shields that was corroded.

There’s also a little screw that holds the parking brake shoes centered, when you go to change them, you can’t help from breaking it off no matter how much penetrating oil you put on it. You have to pull the axle shaft to drill it out. The other side I heated it with a torch, red hot and let it cool and that worked.

I can’t seem to find a vibration I get at 60 mph. I suspect the transfer case, but it operates fine. I’ve balanced the tires, changed u-joints, replaced bearings front and rear and rebalanced the drive shaft.
