2000 Mitsubishi Galant LX review from United Arab Emirates
"HUGE disappointment"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The car rattles a lot.
Power windows had to be replaced.
The automatic transmission felt like I was driving a tractor.
The drive is very sluggish.
Rev the car and all it does is make noise.
The previous owner claims this is how the performance is supposed to be for this vehicle.
General comments?
Overall this vehicle is a disappointment. An acquaintance owns a 1985 galant and its way better than this heap of junk. Over the years, Mitsuibishi has slowly lost that touch. The car felt like this since the day I purchased it. The damn dealers have no clue, most of the problems were fixed at my friends garage. I will never take this vehicle on long trips, come to think of it, I even hate taking short trips in it. It feels like the car was assembled with quality taking a back seat.
