1995 Ford F250 XL review from North America
"Nice smooth well made"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
New Fan Clutch at 104k.
New Brakes and tires 105k.
Cab corner started to rust 125k.
Dual Gas Tanks had the recall backwash problem, but my VIN # didn't make the recall. I never fixed it, and tracked the fuel use by noting trip mileage.
General comments?
An F250 with the 351 W and C6 4X4 Dana 60s and 3.56 is an excellent runner. You could literally balance a 5 level tier of champagne glasses on the hood when it idled.
The big neg was the mileage. 10MPG all day highway or city or towing made no difference.
Overdrive with a better gear ratio would be nice.
