2001 Saturn L200 review from North America
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I have been reading a lot about problems in similar Saturn cars with this kind of engine. A lot of people seem to be having problems with the timing chain, and are obviously angry that with this many problems of the same kind, costing thousands of dollars to fix, and Saturn apparently hasn't done anything to recall or reimburse people when the timing chain goes out.
The National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) has a web site (http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/) that has a search feature. If you search for "complaint" you find a way to complain about this, through the Office of Defects Investigation (http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/ivoq/). Maybe if enough people do that the Administration will make Saturn do more for us.
