1993 Ford Escort GT review from North America
"If you need a Cheap, reliable car, Buy an ESCORT"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Well, the front struts finaly wore out after 155 thousand miles. No big deal. VERY eaze to do the replacement 4 bolts on top, 2 on the bottom and the struts came right out. That's the only problem I have had.
General comments?
Just a fantastic little car. Excellent fuel economy, great reliablility, and VERY low cost to use. It handles good, and has quite a bit of pep. The 1.8 dual overhead cam engine is quite the firecracker. The interior was built well, and has held up wonderfully.
