1991 Subaru Legacy L review from North America
"Great reliability"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
A/C Needs re-charged
Driver's Side C/V Joint replaced.
General comments?
I've ran this car exclusively for the past 4 years, and it currently has 178,000 miles on it. It has never needed major engine work. It is in no way a speed demon, but the 130 hp is more than ample for cruising. Cosmetically, the car has began to rust in spots along the rear quarter panels. The interior has taken lots of abuse, but still has no major flaws and is pretty comfortable, although the visors no longer stay up (i hear this is common on this model). Generally, it is a car very worthy of the lost cost at which can be found.
