2005 Kia Sedona LX review from North America
"Disappointed in the value of the car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Not much has gone wrong. Took it back once as the brakes were making noises. The dealer said all OK and I was charged 30 or 40 dollars for checking it out.
General comments?
Like the van, but recently thought of trading in for an 07 LX. The trade in is not good at all. We were offered between 11300 and 11900 for a van we've had for less than 2 years with only 17000 miles and in very good condition (it is the LX with a sunroof remote start and dvd system with wireless headphones and the sticker was about 28000).
With a new LX coming in around 31000, knowing I will only get about 13000 for it in 2 years, it makes it hard to choose a KIA again. The dealers keep comparing to Toyota an Honda, but the resale does not compare with Toyota or Honda. We bought the 05 because price was good. KIA seems to have forgotten the customer base.
