1998 Acura CL review from North America
"Disappointed with the car due to the failing transmission at 86k"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I had a decent experience with the car up until recently when at 86k, the transmission began to fail. It was after this that I had done my own research into the reliability of other Acuras transmissions of comparable models, and I noted that it seemed to be more of a trend than an exception.
Other issues: Muffler replacement, brake caliper stuck causing uneven front brake pad wear,
window regulator needed replacement.
General comments?
The turning radius in this car is absolutely horrendous. If you are looking for maneuverability, this is not your car.
