2000 Acura Integra GSR review from North America
"Beautiful car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Turn signal does not turn off automatically.
Both windows rattle.
Radiator leaked twice.
Seats squeak.
Part of sunroof is rusty, along with front drivers fender.
General comments?
The problems mentioned above are not terrible for a car that is already 7 years old with 73K on it, and some mods. This car is incredible, it is pretty fast has good fuel economy and is very fun to drive. IT has the best tranny ever, it shift great, although since it is a close ratio one (all GSRs have the close ratio) it revs pretty high, at 60 MPH it is around 3,100 RPM in 5th.
THis car loves to rev, but lacks torque, but its OK, it is only a 1.8L, what can you expect, you just have to rev it more, but that's the fun part.
I would buy another integra if they were not discontinued in 2001, but the model is getting older, which means more future problems to come.
