1993 Acura Integra GS-R review from North America
"Words cannot explain this car's soul"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Needed a new catalytic converter (car is imported). Had one installed, parts and labor, for 180 dollars.
Exhaust rattled afterwards. The body shop I took it to must of been too jerky on it. I found the shield that rattled and put a steel hose clamp around it and the pipe. Free fix :o)
General comments?
Extremely good gas mileage if I could just keep my foot out of it. My particular car has 172 horsepower (dyno tested), but I hear that normal usdm models have 160. No matter what these are extremely fun to drive.
Great stock stereo.
Easy to read gauges and clock.
Already pretty low to the ground but needs bigger than 14 inch rims.
Seats hug you tight and are adjustable in every way (yes, even the sides).
In my opinion the best for its money. I got mine used with approximately 50,000 miles on it for 79000000 yen rr (8,000 us dollars). Bone stock.
