1992 Acura Integra RS review from North America
"She's always gotten me home"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Shes been a very good car. at about 167k the power steering belt broke and the dealer charged 695 to replace that.
At 178k the coil went out and wouldn't start which is kinda wierd it didn't show a sign or symptom of a problem and got me home just fine and the next morning when I went out to start it all it did was crank and nothing else I be-live that was about 300 to fix.
The driver side seat is starting to wear right on the left side.
And the brakes went out a while ago and it ruined a disk but it really wasn't the cars fault I just didn't get them changed soon enough.
Acceleration drops quickly with load and if ac is on or not ac just kill the acceleration.
General comments?
The car a very quick acceleration for a 4 cylinder.
Iv noticed that the gears are spaced about 20mph apart except 1st which will get up to 30 at about 6500rpm.
I've had it up to 140 on a highway and it didn't take long to get there.
The seats are comfy.
I've got a good system in it and it thumps pretty well.
