What things have gone wrong with the car?
ALL THIS HAS BEEN DONE WITHIN 1 1/2 YEARS
New Alternator (less than 2 years old)
New Starter (less than a year old)
New Chrome Performance Air Intake
New Spark plug wires
Valve cover gasket
New radiator
New CV joints on both sides
New front wheel bearings on passenger side and one in the rear passenger side
New thermostat
New battery
New performance belt pulley
New timing belt (less than 2 years old)
New Water pump (replaced with timing belt)
New clutch (less than a year old)
New fuel filter
1 engine mount was replaced
New radiator hoses
New muffler
New Catalytic Converter
New Tie Rods on both sides
New Front Rotors.
WHAT IT NEEDS STILL:
Windshield has 1 long crack. (100.00 to replace)
Shifter bushings
Wheel bearing on driver side had to replace the passenger side front and back (200.00 each to replace)
Cruise control works when it wants to
Engine Mounts (car drives fine, but needs them replaced
Front driver side wheel squeaks when it rains.
General comments?
Great car to drive. Handles very well and speed is good. I have a lot of fun driving. Great Control. Never broke down (engine related anyway except when my timing belt broke). I do most of the work on my car which has saved me a bundle (to get more parts) :) I'm always looking to make my car better and maintain it's value. At 260,000 miles.. still runs like a dream.
