"A great tuner car!"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Since I drive my car for performance, I do REV the engine high. I have done some minor repairs like ball joints, CV boots, power antenna, etc. I purchased my vehicle used without any service records, and today it broke down on the highway, so I will be reparing the Timing belt. However, these repairs are normal for the age and mileage on the vehicle.

General comments?

I'm 19 years old, and I love my car. I bought it for the sleek looks and great performance. I've done some modificattions, such as the exhaust, euro lights, engine work- air intake.

The Integra is an awesome car to drive, with few modications you can improve the power significantly. However, please remember it is a sports car, so the ride is going to be a bit stiff. Even more rough if you put low profile tires on it. I wish they still made the Integra, the RSX does not appeal to me. I'm going to drive mine to the ground than get another one, perhaps a type R.

I own a 1998 acura integra GS model with an automatic transmission. I bought this car second hand with over 100k and it feels as if it has half the miles on it, believe it or not this is my 3rd car an I'm only 21, compared to my 1st car a 95 toyots supra, this integra would be considered its younger brother, has everything I would expect a happy 4cylinder to have, the supra even tho is an all-out sports car, the integra is right there. my 2nd car after selling the supra because it was too small for me, I bought a 97 nissan maxima which was another fine work of art. one of the strongest V6 I ever driven matched to a 5speed the maxima was fast, I got tired of lugging my friends around, an I sold the maxima an bought my integra which I am very pleased with, although I wish it was a 5speed, I cannot complain with the way the car drives and handles, after market parts are a dime a dozen for this model car, I would recommend anybody who buys an integra 98-01 have ur 02 sensors checked often, this engine comes with OBD2 which stands for on-board-dignostic2, which added more 02 sensors in various parts of the cars exhaust, engine, ect. my check engine light went on at 118k an it is because the cat-back exhaust I added was an after-market part which caused my light to go on. basically its only for emmissions purposes.

Great car, id buy another tomorrow with any amount of miles

great job honda!!

I am telling you this car is fast and handels like a dream. the greatest thrill in my life was destroying a 99 porche boxster made it look dumb I SWEAR ON MY LIFE GET A ACURA OR HONDA.
