1989 Acura Legend LS Coupe review from North America
"LS Coupe: need I say more?"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Minimal rust around fenders.
Antennae motor burned out.
General comments?
Let me say this: the Acura Legend LS Coupe kicks the snot out of every other car I've encountered!
This car was purchased dirt cheap from a nice, old couple who unfortunately, didn't know how much their car was worth, and what they should have been asking. It pays to bring cash when negotiating a price!
I'm only 16 but got this beauty from my brother who sold it to me so he could purchase a '93 Legend LS Coupe.
The car needed some cleaning and small rust repairs, but after that, I haven;t encountered a single problem since we've owned it.
I am very proud to say that I am the envy of most everyone at my school; my ride beats em' in both style and performance. But I sure do take care of this gem, it deserves it!
This car is perfect as a daily driver, and I don't think I could be any happier and more pleased with this car, unless of course I could get a '91-'95 Legend LS Coupe, but that can wait.
My last comment: congratulations Acura! You have earned yourself a life-member when it comes time for that new car purchase. Everybody else, if you go Acura, you're doing the right thing.
