1987 Acura Legend review from North America
"A roomy, well-designed performance sedan that has been fun to drive"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Basic maintenance.
The computer went out at about 100,000 miles and had to be replaced.
Rust around rear wheel wells.
Gas filler pipe rusted out.
General comments?
Great riding car.
Cloth interior still looks like new after
147,000 miles and 16 years.
Good performance and gas mileage.
Spacious interior.
Still fun to drive after 16 years.
Reliable.
Nicely laid out cabin, with great features such as the on-the-door trunk release, on the steering wheel radio and cruise controls.
Comes with a good stereo system.
We've kept the car because we haven't found anything up-to-know that we wanted to replace it with without having to spend $30,000.
