1992 Acura Legend L review from North America
"This car is an engineering masterpiece"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The radiator needed replacement at 120,000 miles.
The driver side window mechanism slowed to a crawl. Eventually, the window did not go down anymore.
The motor mount broke at 95,000 miles.
The cup holder does not close anymore.
The hood latch does not 'catch' - hood difficult to close - began at 140,000 miles.
Motor began to burn a little oil at 135,000 miles.
There is minor rust beginning to show through under left rear wheel well.
General comments?
This car is incredibly comfortable and reliable.
When people ask, 'What year is the car?' - they are astounded that this vehicle is 11 years old.
I have driven my brother's 3 series BMW
and my girlfriend's 5 series BMW many times - I always like getting back into my Legend!!!
