1988 Acura Legend STD (base) review from North America
"A Sport/Luxury coupe ready to impress!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
When I got it it needed a basic tune-up.
Left front fender has rusted badly.
Cruise control light doesn't always come on, nor dose the passenger door light.
Rear right power window stopped working for 2 days now works great (I don't know!)
General comments?
I've really grown to love this car, but if there
was anyway I could have kept my '87 Fifth Avenue
I would have... but I needed another car and I couldn't has asked for better.
The V-6 is very responsive and is complimented by a smooth shifting 5-speed manual transmission and loose steering.
Seats comfortable, but don't have the same couch-like comfort that my Fifth Avenue had.
I like the fact that it's a 2-door with rear windows that roll down.
I love the Sunroof.
Just the right amount of airbags none!
The only bad things on this car are the poor fuel
economy, and the weak body panels.
I would recommend this car for anyone.
