2000 Acura RL review from North America

I have had a multitude of problems with both essential and non-essential systems with the current Acura. I previously owned an Integra for approximately 8 years with the only maintenance costs and 1 set of new tires. I did change the timing belt @ 60,000. I couldn't have been more pleased with this vehicle.

My husband and I then purchased a used Acura 3.5RL in 2001. It had about 28,000 miles on it and had an extremely smooth ride. Realizing it is 7 years later, I still did not anticipate all the problems.

Both rear electric window motors have been replaced.

The driver's side door handle has been broken.

I have bought a total of 6 new tires (and not the cheap ones).

I have replaced the timing belt, which was expected.

It is now at 98,000 miles. I took it to the local Acura dealership to have the passenger rear window fixed & the driver's side door handle replaced. While the car was in the shop, I got a call saying that the radiator was cracked & needed replacing. So I agreed. My husband retrieved the car, and when I got in it, I drove it less than a block before I noticed something was really wrong with the suspension. The car was bouncing like one would expect in a white water raft going down some serious rapids. I of course immediately called the dealership, but they were closed due to Yom Kippur.

I was at the shop first thing this morning to ask them to look at it. The service manager avoided me completely, and the guy that writes up the service order said that he could look at it and tell the right side strut was gone, but he recommended that I have them both replaced.

I just wanted to see if others have had similar problems, does this sound reasonable or should I never take my car back to this place again?
