2003 Acura RSX Type S review from North America
"You get what you pay for"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
SRS computer detected a fault on the passenger's side airbag sensor (s) and kept the SRS warning light on all the time. Dealer replaced the whole computer.
Occasionally, it is difficult to shift to 3rd gear. Problem is not being taken care of by the dealer.
Clutch bearing went bad.
Hatch support mechanism failed (one pneumatic strut went bad).
General comments?
I like the VTEC engine and the handling of the car.
I'm disappointed by how many trips I had to make to the dealer for warranty repairs (my time costs me money). It only has 15,000 miles!
The transmission problem is very annoying.
