1996 Acura TL review from North America
"Acura for the Long Haul BABY!!!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
General Maintenance
Timing Belts Drive Belts
Fuel Pump Went out
Distributor Cap O Ring
Exhaust Manifold Leak
O2 Sensor
Alternator.
General comments?
I would recommend this car to anyone who wants entry level luxury at an very very affordable price. I would not got to an Acura Dealer for Maintenance though.
Wind noise is a bit high but that 5 cyl is very dependable. It can still burn rubber from the stop light if not careful with 283K it still drives strong.
I have had mine for 8 years. Keep the oil changed and don't let problems linger.
