2000 Acura TL review from North America
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I had problems with the boise stereo. Factory replaced.
Had problems with the front rotors. Factory put in new brakes and cut the rotors.
Still had problems with warping the rotors. I put on cross drilled rotors, problem solved and now the brakes don't over heat and have great stopping power.
The stock tires suck. Installed Mich pilot A/S. Wow, what a difference. The new tires work better in the rain then the old ones worked on dry pavement.
General comments?
The car at 140mph drives like you're doing 100mph. I drive this car 100mph every day and it is just amazing. Remember this is not a Vette or hot rod, it's a sport sedan that rocks.
