1992 Acura Vigor GS review from North America
"Not a bad car if you get a good price"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Radiator went bad started leaking around 190,000 miles.
Oil leakage problem occurred soon after.
Hot starting issues (main relay problems).
ABS problems.
Keep in mind my car I purchased from a salvage lot that has a salvaged title, I am surprised I have not had more problems.
General comments?
This car has been good to me even though I am not really a car kind of guy (more of a pickup truck person).
The Vigor has decent acceleration and good handling.
As far as the suspension is concerned this car is a stiff ride for my liking.
It does pretty good on gas even though it has to drink premium gasoline.
Some parts are more expensive and harder to find then other cars, due to the cars limited production.
Some of my biggest gripes about the car are mostly design flaws.
Like for starters no cup holders found anywhere in the car, I sometimes improvise by wedging my drink in between the seat and the door.
A small backseat that was not designed for large adults.
The side windows are frame-less windows when completely rolled up sometimes air will howl through them when hitting gusts of wind when going around 55+ MPH, very annoying to say the least.
And last but not least 4-speed automatic transmission does not shift very smoothly.
