1992 Acura Vigor LS review from North America
"The best buy and automobile one could ask for"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Factory Stereo dead at 200000 miles (I replaced with Alpine system, easy to do)
Driver's inside door handle assembly broke into pieces at 205000 miles (I replaced with left-rear assembly)
Original battery replaced at 220000 miles.
Front windshield susceptable to tiny cracks and nicks from flying rocks etc.
General comments?
With the right tires, proper maintenance, and a capable driver, this car's handling leaves most European import sports cars in the dust.
Gas mileage is excellent at 27 mpg, under city, freeway, fast or slow conditions.
Paint (white) maintains finish even after 230000 miles. No rust, dents or dings, and I drive in the Bay area of California.
Although a 4-door, realistically a 2 person maximum for ideal comfort.
