1988 Audi 5000 CS review from North America
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The transmission is a constant problem with this car. I was recently informed that Audi's in the mid to late 80's are problematic. Also, I went through 3 batteries in 5 months due to the computer system (it wasn't the alternator).
General comments?
It looks nice but don't buy it. Newer Audi's are solid and dependable but stay away from any before 1992.
