"Very decent work horse"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The hood cable broke off.
Rear brake cylinder failed.
Stabilizer hubs and rubber pads worn, replaced.
Exhaust pipe connecting the manifold to the catalytic cracked.
Front brake pads worn.
CV joints broke and replaced.
Steering control rod with hubs worn loose, replaced.
Ball joints worn, replaced.
Wheel bearings worn, replaced.
Oil gauge started leaking oil, replaced.
General comments?
Very reliable and practical.
VERY economical and cheap to maintain!
Solidly and simply built.
Good all-rounder!
Takes much of a punishment, but still keeps going.
