Temperature light comes on now even when cold, and the power steering seems to make a squealing noise, which was cured by topping up the power steering fluid.
This car has got serious speed. Very underrated but the 2.2 litre turbo charged engine moves it along very nicely with little turbo lag there. It keeps you there annoying the likes of M3's!
Are you sure its the temp warning light, my S2 was doing the same and it was the low coolant level warning, very similar.
I checked the level and it was just a tiny bit below full, topped it up and its been quite as a mouse since.

Exactly, I got the same problem and found it was the collant level!
