Fuel gauge and gauge cluster. Bad electrical systems. Audi has always been plauged with electical problems, and the TT shows classic symptoms.
Awesome styling, great attitude car. Classy and sporty, quattro will not let go of the road. Back seat for kids under 12. Saftey ranks high, along with styling and performance.
I think that the Audi TT is overpriced. I would buy a 350Z, which is much more powerful and is cheaper.
Audi TT's are overpriced for what is essentially a rebodied Golf with a slightly better interior. And the new Audi TT will be even higher priced given Audi wants to go even more upscale with its ridiculous Q7 SUV and its $100K+ Le mans "supercar", which is really just a detuned Lamborghini, a company they own.
Even the A3, a brilliant car in its own right, is ridiculously priced if you get the six cylinder one. Yeah, everyone wants to pay $40K for a subcompact/compact car.
