1994 BMW 3 Series 320iSE review from UK and Ireland
"Quality with no compromise"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The usual blown bulbs have given way. The first MOT failed on Emissions which turned out to be a faulty Llambda Sensor. Clutch gave up the ghost on 98,000 miles and the rubber suspension mounts went on the rear suspension. All of which is easy to fix. The interior is starting to show its age with the general wear and tear of the leather. Otherwise it has been treated with TLC because it deserves it! Oh Driver side window seal keeps warping, and th bonet chips real easy.
General comments?
Services FAR too expensive for what they do, but I wouldn't swap it for anything... maybe a M3.. just fro the power!
320 is seriuosly thirsty.. a 325 has better economy... is this down to a 2 litre powering such a heavey robust car? Or maybe because its been kitted with 235/45 R17's and I have a boot full on Stereo equipment!
