1992 Buick Century Limited review from North America
"Dependable, smooth, comfortable, minimal repairs; what more could you ask for with 270,000 miles?"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Water pump replaced at 230,000 (when I got it)
Shocks replaced at 240,000
Spark Plugs replaced at 240,000
Battery replaced at 245,000.
General comments?
This car is very comfortable, I am 4'11" and had no problem seeing out
With extreme high mileage, it had very few problems or repairs
The engine did not leak or burn oil ever
I could let the car sit all winter, and go to start it and it started on first try every time
It did rust pretty bad
It was in a couple fender benders and never effected performance.
It was my first car and best one so far (I've had 5 vehicles)
Gas mileage was average (I think around 23/mpg on country roads)
Rode like a luxury car; very smooth and quiet
I can't say enough about the car.
