Assuming you are talking about water coming out of the tailpipe, that is just a byproduct of combustion, as well as the catalytic converter transforming harmful carbon monoxide to harmless (depending upon who you talk to) carbon dioxide and water. It is normal and all cars do it. In fact, if there was not water coming out of the tail pipe, there would be a problem. Cars today run exceptionally clean.
I agree with you that the Century is a nice car. I rented one once, and it was very comfortable and drove well. They have also historically been very reliable.

He/she probably means it overheats and water boils out from the pressure cap/overflow drain.
