1993 Buick Regal Custom review from North America

What things have gone wrong with the car?
Had to replace alternator last year.
It's getting a little hard on gas.
General comments?
The only major repair we've done to the car was replace the alternator last year.
The paint still looks like new and polishes up really nicely when you put some hard work into it. There are a few rust spots, but I live in Manitoba and it has a very small amount of rust considering the climate and the fact that it is 15 years old.
The center console covering is cracked, but it's not that bad, just where I normally rest my elbow while driving.
My original front right ball joint lasted me until I replaced it at 245,000 km (basically unheard of).
Reliability with this car is great, I don't think I've ever had a problem with it starting. Last year I left it in the dead of winter for two week, we came back there was 2 feet of snow on top of it, but I stuck the key in, turned it and it fired up right away without any hesitation.
Considering that it is 15 years old and has over 270,000 km under its belt it still performs and gives a nice smooth ride. I'm hoping to be able to get 400+ out of it.
