1991 Buick Regal Custom review from North America

My wheel bearing went around 110,000 miles.

Rear caliper on driver's side kept freezing and had problems with that.

Coolant recovery tank sprang a leak after it cracked, probably from old age.

This car drove perfectly when I bought it in 2004. I drove it everywhere! I loved taking the car on road trips because of how comfortable it was! A lot of the newer cars just don't have great interior as this car did! And I would still have the car today if I wasn't involved in a serious car accident with it. Most other cars wouldn't have held up to a head on collision but this car saved my life! It may not have had airbags but the interior and the seat belts cushioned me as my vehicle came in contact with the other vehicle. I wouldn't be here today if it weren't for such a great car as this Buick was!

As for reliability, the car is awesome! No engine problems! I only had to do routine maintenance and the regular replacing of small parts that wore out with time. This was my 5th Buick and again, I've always had wonderful experiences with them! I would recommend this car to anyone! And don't be afraid of the "granny" owned vehicles! This is a great luxury car for the price regardless of year or style of vehicle! If it's a Buick, it's gonna be good!!
