1991 Buick Regal Custom review from North America
"Good, sturdy and safe for a 1991"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
S-belt.
Plugs.
Cam-shaft position sensor as well as the magnet on the timing sprocket.
Upper-lower radiator hose.
Tires.
Brake pads F and R + only front rotors.
And the rubber O-ring and hangers for the exhaust.
General comments?
This car can handle if the tires are changed to the size 225-60-15.
Car isn't too fast, but will still keep up with other NEWER cars.
Custom package with the Police Interceptor Package.
OK on comfort.
Changed oil/filter every 2500 - 3000 miles.
Paint still good, and looks like 5 years old and not almost 17 years old.
Car has = amount of freeway and city miles with 243221 NOW on the ODI.
STILL CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THE COMPRESSION IS WITHIN 7 PSI AND STILL WITHIN DEALER SPEC... FOR MY CAR IT HAS BEEN WORTH IT.
