1991 Buick Regal Custom 4 door review from North America
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Not much.
Odometer broke, don't know the mileage (170 is a best guess).
Brakes are terrible at best.
Paint is faded out.
When it does break (not very often) it is expensive to fix.
General comments?
This car has been called everything from ghetto, old school, grandma's car, pimpmobile, ghetto cruiser, to piece of crap (it isn't that bad).
The 3.8 motor has a lot of power (can punish the front tires bad) and the car is surprisingly quick.
The car is a burgandy, wine, purple-ish red color with matching interior (the pimp color).
The seats are the best of the whole package. They are covered in very nice velour upulstry that has held up very well. I have never been in a car with cushier seats or a cushier ride.
Overall this car has given me and my mom (previous owner) very reliable service and Regals are good cars.
