1991 Chevrolet Blazer S10 4 door review from North America
"S10 blazer not quite as good as a fullsize, but nothing is as good as a fullsize chevy"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing, it just keeps going and going.
Once at a red light after a long drive it was idleing a little roughly, probably needs a minor tune up.
My tires were baldish when I bought the truck and I got the seller down $600 because of that, I then bought new tires of the proper size as stated on the door jam.
General comments?
I like the fact this truck has 4 doors, and I like the 4.3 litre engine. Being that chevy sticks to one way of making engines because they make the best engines available in anything. A 4.3 is a 350 with 2 cylinders cut off, the stroke and bore of the engines are the same, the bellhousing of a 4.3 will bolt up to any chevy tranny that had a small block V8 or a big block V8 attached to it. Why change designs when your making the best and the legendary engine that made auto sports what it is today. Half of the car magazines that I know of all got their start by featuring the great chevy V8 line up of engines.
