2002 Chevrolet Blazer review from North America
"I have no complaints about my Blazer"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
All of these comments on the Blazer's faults and defects scare me. I have an '02 Blazer with 119K miles on it and my only problems are.
-the bushings on the driver's door are egged so the door sags and leaks water.
-the recline lever on the driver's side seat snapped off.
Luckily I haven't had all of the mechanical problems mentioned in most of these other comments. My major complaint is that the truck only gets 18 miles to the gallon, and at $3 per gallon that makes me not want to drive my truck. I haven't noticed anyone else mention fuel economy. I know it's an SUV and the gas mileage won't be great, but for 18 miles/gal I'd assume my vehicle was much larger or a V8, but it's neither.
General comments?
I love my Blazer, but performance-wise I'll take a V6 coupe over it any day.
